We like to share features as we build them. Preview gives you access to what we’re working on so you
can try it out and start integrating early.
Stability
Preview features are under active development. API paths, request and response shapes, CLI flags,
and error codes may change with little to no notice. Expect bugs and rough edges.
Support
Preview features are supported on a best-effort basis. Report bugs and unexpected behavior the same
way you would for any other part of the platform, but response times and escalation paths may differ
from GA features.
SLA
Preview features are not covered by our uptime SLA. We reserve the right to take Preview features
offline for maintenance or migration without the notice windows that apply to GA features.
Feedback
We actively want feedback on Preview features. If something is confusing, missing, or broken, let us
know. Reach out through your existing support channel or email support@sfcompute.com.
Path to general availability
Preview features graduate to general availability once the API surface stabilizes and we are
confident in the design. At that point, the feature moves under a stable version prefix and is
covered by our standard SLA.
